Response time: we typically reply within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly inside the app, or by emailing support@oqapps.pro with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email associated with your account. Full instructions are on our Account Deletion page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by OQapps. To cancel:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ReHeart → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ReHeart → Cancel
You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by OQapps:
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Visit Google Play Order history
How do I report a bug?
Email support@oqapps.pro with the subject line "Bug Report — ReHeart". Please include:
- Device model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 18.1)
- App version (Settings → About inside the app)
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened
- Screenshots or screen recording, if possible
How do I request a feature?
We love feature requests! Email support@oqapps.pro with the subject line "Feature Request — ReHeart" and describe what you'd like to see and why it would help you.
How do I export my data?
Email privacy@oqapps.pro with the subject line "Data Export Request" from the email associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days with a portable copy of your data.
What languages does ReHeart support?
The App is currently available in English. Additional languages will be announced in the App's release notes.
Is ReHeart available on web or desktop?
Currently, ReHeart is available on iOS and Android only.
